The
Total Body Boot Camp Summer 2008 session is over now
and we are happy to say that everyone had a
wonderful time while getting in shape. Here's what
some of our participants had to say:

weren't able to attend this session you'll have another
chance very soon! We are planning to hold a fall session
to catch the folks that were out of town this summer. As
Mike P. says, "Its only been
one week with out Boot Camp and I cant wait till the
next one starts! Our Instructors really knew how to
motivate everyone into shape."
Remember, you don't have to
be a member of Anytime Fitness to participate in the
Total Body Boot Camp. ANYONE can join! The only
requirement is that you be ready to work hard and have a
great time! Oh, and be ready to meet some new friends as
well. Everyone that was part of the summer session
became very good friends and are ready to do it again!

What is the Total Body Boot
Camp?
The Total Body
Boot Camp is a great way for people to improve their fitness
and overall health outside of the gym. Some physical benefits
include:
• Better cardiovascular conditioning and decreased body fat
• Increased lean muscle composition and core strength
• Improved agility and flexibility
The Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program designed to give a
fun, new
and refreshing way to finally get the results we seek in our
health and fitness
goals. Our Boot Camp involves a program of many different
combinations of
strength training exercises, cardiovascular conditioning
exercises, and
stretching exercises. More specifically, our Boot Camp consists
of, but is not
limited to, core strength training, plyometric and agility
drills, calisthenics,
sprint drills, an obstacle course, stair exercises, hill
exercises, and more!
Who Can
Participate?
The Total Body Boot Camp is designed for practically anyone and
everyone.
All fitness levels will be accommodated using a variety of
styles and techniques
so that everyone can participate and still have fun doing it.
Must be 18.
All
